Step 1 – “24 Point” Inspection Report
Our HVAC specialists will asses the current units age and efficiency levels. We will determine if you are over spending on gas and hydro consumption. We will review if you have or still need current protection plans. We will also check your chlorine/chemicals levels in your water. Homeowners will be provided with a detailed report based on the assessment and we will provide you with recommendations, potential changes or upgrades.
Step 2 – Savings Report
During our inspection, we will diagnose your current units and monthly spending.Our HVAC specialist will provide you with a written report on your current gas and electricity consumption to determine if your current units are over consuming.
We consider the age of your home, unit efficiency, and overall usage .Then we can calculate your current spending, identify which units qualify for upgrading, and provide you with applicable cost saving solutions.
Step 3 – Choosing the right product and solution
Based on your savings report, our HVAC specialist will provide a detailed overview of your energy savings and rebates available prior to making decisions on upgrading. If the unit (s) is still sufficient and no savings are found – an upgrade is not necessary.
Step 4 – Approval process
Before concluding our assessment, our HVAC specialist will provide you with the most cost effective approved rates for an upgrade, rental or buyout options.
We will file the applicable rebate paper-work at no cost to you and leave you with a Green Home Certificate which guarantees the approved rebate.
Step 5 – Scheduling of the Installation
G.A.S only uses certified HVAC technicians that can guarantee homeowners with quick quality installations within 24-hours of booking.
When applicable, a certified Auditor will visit your home on or before the installation date to ensure your approved for your Enbridge and or Ontario Power Authority rebates .
